Activate your FAW subscription in a separate Oracle Cloud account. The Oracle Cloud account for your Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications should be exclusively for use by the cloud applications.

No recommendation is provided by Oracle on your choice of Cloud Account for the activation of FAW.

QUESTION 28
In FAW there are many Subject Areas, with their corresponding data, availablefor you to use whencreating and editing analyses and reports.
How are the Subject Areas secured?

There is no need to secure Subject Areas as the data security provides the necessary security access.

Duty roles secure the access to FAW Subject Areas.

Unlike Fusion Applications, the Subject Areas are not secured in FAW. Any FAW-licensed user can access them.

QUESTION 29
You want to edit global data pipeline parameters. How do you ensure that your changes are deployed and data is consistent?

You must reset the data warehouse and activate the functional areas to ensure changes are effective during the next pipeline run.

Changes to the global pipeline parameter take effect immediately.

Changes to the global pipeline parameter take effect at the next incremental upload.

QUESTION 30
You want to do data validation for one of your critical metrics in FAW. However, you cannotmetric as part of predefined data validation.
How can you validate your metric?

This feature is not available yet. You must wait until FAW support that metric for data validation.

You must open a ticket with Oracle support.

You have to do it manually. You need to create a report in OTB1 for that metric and then compare it with the value in FAW.

QUESTION 31
You have reviewed out-of-the-box data security through the configuration of context assignment. You need to create custom data security to meet your data security requirements.
Which FAW settings provide this functionality?

You need to modify the Data Security Assignment file with the values you want for the users.

The Security Configurations available in the Semantic Model Extensions through the FAW Console provide this functionality

A combination of steps in Security Console and the Security Configurations in the Semantic Model Extensions available at the FAW Console provides this functionality.

QUESTION 32
You have successfully implemented a security model in Fusion Applications that meets your securityrequirements.
However, you have noticed that FAW does not move and replicate your entire security implementation What can address your requirements in FAW?

Set up SSO between FAW and Fusion Applications and synchronize user and Job roles.

Evaluate your security requirements and utilize security customization features in FAW to meet your needs.

Open a support ticket and report the issues that you are encountering.

QUESTION 33
Your team has multiple developers, each dedicated to one functional area.
How would you create an environment for multi-user customization of the semantic model?

Currently, there is no way to create a multi-user development environment.

Each developer has to create their own branch and perform all modifications inside the branch.

You have to use OAC tools, such as the data modeler, for this purpose.

QUESTION 34
You have created your customization using Semantic Model Extensions. Now, you want to test your customization to ensure it meets your requirements.
What steps should you perform

Publish the branch that contains your customization.

The customization appears automatically in your subject areas.

Publish all the branches.

QUESTION 35
You have terminated a FAW instance from the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) console. You new want to reinstate that instance.
Can you recover a terminated instance?

You cannot recover a terminated instance; you will have to re-create your instance and restore it.

You can recover a terminated instance; just open a Service Request (SR) with Oracle support.

You can recover a terminated instance with the click of a button from the OCl console.

QUESTION 36
What is the typical use case of the Promote Objects feature?

To check the validity of your customization

To move your customization from one environment to another, such as from development to production to production

To replicate one instance to another

QUESTION 37
Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) is built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and leverages/embeds Oracle PaaS Cloud services.
Which PaaS Cloud services does it leverage/embed?

Oracle Analytics Cloud and Autonomous Data Warehouse

Oracle Analytics Cloud, NoSQL Database Cloud Service, and Golden Gate

Oracle Analytics Cloud and Exadata Database Service on Dedicated Infrastructure

QUESTION 38
You have recently provisioned a new Fusion Analystics Warehouse (FAW) instance and want to enrich yourSubject Areas with Descriptive Flexfields (DFF).
In your custom application, you have created aDFF page and added/selected allthe required attributes. How would you activate them to enable data loading?

After selecting the required attributes in the DFF custom application, you need to refresh the functional areas or wait for the next incremental upload for the DFFs to be visible in Subject Areas.

After selecting the required attributes in the DFF custom application, you need to build a semantic model extension and wait for the next incremental upload for the DFFs to be visible in Subject Areas.

Activating is a two-step process: first, you need to generate the DFF custom application, and second, you need to deploy for the DFFs to be visible in Subject Areas.

QUESTION 39
You need to create additional custom Subject Areas in your FAW instance. modify and extend the semantic model.
Which feature(s) in FAW provides extensibility to the semantic model?

provides faculties to

Only Semantic Model Extensions

Report Configuration

Semantic Model Extensions and Data Augmentation

QUESTION 40
Currently, you have set up SSO for Fusion Applications between Act.ve Directory and Fusion Applications is it possible to also set up SSO between Fusion Applications and FAW in this case?

No, this configuration is not supported.

possible, and the configuration process to set up SSO between Fusion Applications and FAW stays the same.

This is a complex configuration, and it is highly discouraged.

QUESTION 41
You are implementing Fusion ERP Analytics.
You find two types of predefined Application Roles, e.g., General Ledger Access Set Data security and profitability Analysis Duty Role.
Youare implementing Fusion ERP Analytics.

QUESTION 44
You are required to join the Fusion Applications data extracted through FAW with external data. Which approach would meet your need?

You must join the two sets of data in the ADW schema.

External data and Fusion data cannot be joined.

FAW Semantic Model Extensions provide the ability to join the tables.

QUESTION 45
You have created a fact, a dimension, and a new subject area using Data Augmentation.
You want to extend the dimension m your newly created subject area by adding new attribute data source.
What steps are required to achieve this?
